- Free period is 59 minutes after which are charged as a new day

Assume & Delivery

- In any business MASTER RENT A CAR during working hours

- Assume & Delivery outside working hours is particularly charged by price-list

Fuel

- MASTER RENT A CAR issued vehicles with a full tank. Lessee obligation is to return to full tank.
- MASTER RENT A CAR will charge the missing fuel, as well as the cost of filling in the amount of 10% of the missing fuel.

Crossing the State border

- Move the state border is allowed only with written authorization of MASTER RENT A CAR.

Traffic violations

- Lessee is responsible for all traffic offenses committed during the rental

Insurance of MASTER RENT A CAR vehicles

- Tariff packages do not include damage to the rented vehicle, vehicle theft and insurance of passengers.
- Additional legal and financial security provided to pay insurance:

For the damage to the vehicle CDW, for stealing vehicles dpi, for the personal security of drivers and passengers PAI

- CDW does not include damages incurred in the interior of vehicles, under vehicles, crankcase, tires, wheels, lids, keys, documents, lost or damaged plate, the radio device if it is not factory installed, as well as the use of wrong type of fuel.

Responsibility

- In the case of incidents lessee is obliged to report to the police and MASTER RENT A CAR, and to comply with their instructions
- For all the damage to the vehicle lessee is obliged to make a police report, otherwise participate in the damage is 100%, regardless of any responsibility redeemed.

Regardless of the eventual redeemed responsibility lessee is responsible:

- For damage to the vehicle he or authorized driver made under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- If the damage caused intentionally or due to grave negligence of driver
- If lessee not informed the police and made the police report
- If the car managed unauthorized person or entity that is not listed in the lease agreement.

Lessee is required to be acquainted with all the provisions of the contract on the lease.

Holograph signature on the contract of lease lessee accept all the provisions of this Agreement.
